Within meetings on Microsoft Teams, you can record meetings, article here.  You can also record your screen by yourself, to be able to send on later.

1. Within Microsoft Teams go to - Calendar and select Meet Now.

2. Although you'll only be meeting with yourself, give your meeting a title, as it will appear in your video later.

3. Share your screen with the PowerPoint or desktop application and start the record feature. You can now move through the slide deck or demonstrate an application while narrating.

4. Once you have finished end the recording, the video will be uploaded to Microsoft Stream. This can take up to 20 minutes depending on the length of the recording. You will receive a notification once it is complete.

5. You can now share this with a Team or individuals. Click the three dots for the chat window and select Share

6. DON'T HIT SHARE. Select the 3 dots and manage permission in Microsoft Teams.
