Accessing your Voicemails

Voicemails should be checked daily. If you receive an voice message, you will also receive an email along with a transcription of the message. You can check your voicemail on any handset.


If using a handset only assigned to you


You'll see a screen similar to below, highlighting how many voice messages you have received.


  1. Press the envelope key on the handset
  2. Enter your passcode and press #
  3. Follow the voice guide to listen and delete the messages.


If you use a shared handset


  1. On any handset, press the envelope key, then press # followed by your extension
  2. Enter your passcode, which has been emailed to you.
  3. Follow the voice guide to listen and delete the messages.
